Computing Science undergraduate at the University of Groningen. Romanian by origin, builder by habit. Interested in algorithms, startups and shipping things that work.
I'm a twenty-year-old Bachelor's student reading Computing Science at the University of Groningen, taught entirely in English. My work sits at the intersection of competitive programming, systems thinking and product building.
Outside the lecture halls I'm drawn to startup problems — the kind that need both the code and the business model to work. I write solutions on Kattis for sport, prototype apps for use, and read widely across tech, finance and anything that explains how real systems behave.
I grew up in Romania and moved to Groningen for university. Living and studying across two countries has shaped how I approach work — comfortable with language switches, more comfortable with ambiguity, and better at knowing when something is worth translating and when it isn't.
Core computer science first — algorithms, data structures, systems. Alongside that, more practical building: front-end that doesn't feel like a template, back-end that doesn't fall over, and the business side of software: pricing, positioning, go-to-market.
An early-stage fitness venture built as a working prototype — product, interface and the business thinking behind it. A sandbox for figuring out what a lean fitness app actually needs to feel useful, and how to build it without over-engineering.
